Uncle Chef@ Fish Powder Seasoning is prepared from real Bonito Tuna (Skipjack). It is suitable for making tasty Bonito stock and to enhance the flavor of other soups. It can also be used as a seasoning to improve the taste of noodles, fish, meat and vegetable dishes.

For Stock: Dissolve 20g (2 tablespoon) of Uncle Chef@ Fish Powder Seasoning in 1 litre of boiling water.

For Stir-Frying:To enhance the flavor and aroma of your stir-fry, sprinkle desired amount of Uncle Chef@ Fish Powder Seasoning.
