SARS-Cov-2 Antigen Qualitative Rapid Test For In Vitro Diagnostic Use

The novel coronaviruses belong to theBgenus.COVID-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease.People are renerally susceptibleCurrenty,the patients infected by the novel coronavirus are the main source of infection,asymptomatic infected people can also be an infectious source. Based on the current epidemiologica investigation,the incubation period is 1 to 14 days, mostly 3 to 7 days. The main manifestations include fever,fatigue and dry cough.Nasal congestion,runny nose sore throat,myalgia and diarrhea are found in a few cases.

Test Procedure

For Nasal Swab Specimen
1、Open the Sample extraction buffer
2、Add all the buffer to the Extraction tube
3、Place the swab with specimen into the extraction tube
4、Leave the swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute
5、Cover the extraction tube
6、Add 2-3 drops into the sample hole(S)
7、Read the result at 15-20 minutes.

8.Drop 2-3 drops into the sample hole
and start to count for 10-15 minutes
