ACEY-FJ1000 is for prismatic battery cell stacking extruder is suitable for prismatic lithium batteries to be stacked and extruded into shape and bundling machine. It adopts servo motor+screw module+planetary reducer for stacking and extruding, controlled by pressure controller, the extrusion stacking thrust reaches more than 100KG, easy to operate, it can control the stacking and extruding stroke and stacking pressure in time, with the triple protection function of software limitation, hardware limitation, and pressure limitation, which won't be over-extruding the batteries and has high controllability in the precision of extruding.
