Q 1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading Company?
We are both manufacturer and trading company, we are only specialized in bags since 2006.

Q 2. What's the MOQ?
Usually, the MOQ is 500~2000 pcs. It depends on the sizes, colours, materials and styles.We also accept small order less than MOQ, please contact us, thanks !

Q 3. What's production lead time ?
Usually, the production lead time is 25-55 days after order confirmed, but it may take longer or shorter time up to different order quantities, bag styles and our production schedule.

Q 4. What's your sample policy?
1) Sample lead time: 3~10 days, It depends on many reasons like as materials, colours, workmanship and quantitiy.
2) Free samples can be sent to you by courier with freight collect. So, please inform us your courier account number when you ask a samle.
3) Paid samples are available as per your requirements and specifications, sample charge will be returned to you after you place an order.

Q 5. Can you produce as per our customized designs? (Do you accept customized order ?
Yes, we can produce the bags as per your customized sizes, colours, logos, styles. We do OEM for many brands.

Q 6. What's your payment methods?
1) T/T, L/C, Trade assurance.
2) We also can accpet other payment methods by negotiation.

Q 7. What's your type of shipping ?
By sea, By air, By international express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, UPS etc.

Q 8. What's your package ?
1) Usually, we put each bag into one polybag, then 10 pcs or 20 pcs or 30 pcs or 40 pcs or 50 pcs ......or 100 pcs into one export carton.
2) Your customized packing request is accepted.

Q 9. What's the environment friendly standard of materials you use?
As per customers' request, we can order the materials to meet EU and US standard.
The materials can pass test according to your request: AZO free, low cadmium, low lead, EN 71, 6P Phthalates free, LFGB PASS, REACH 151, Dispersed Dye free, Formaldehyde free, PAH free etc.

Q 10. How to put our logos on the bag?
Silk-printing, embroidery, embossed, label etc.
