Our wheat noodles are thick and square and are made from vacuum-cured dough, giving them a chewy and pleasant texture. The noodles are dried by hot air convection drying method, which is very similar to the natural drying environment. This can make the wheat noodles dry evenly, prevent them from becoming mushy and moist, and bring out the real noodle aroma, whether hot or cold dishes are good.
