High-Precision Intercell Welding Quality Testing Machine

Application: For testing the intercell welding quality of 32Ah~200 Ah batteries.

Operation: The battery will be automatically positioned by the photoelectric sensor. The test probe will descend to the exact position and do the test. If not qualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the unqualified battery to the rejection table. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process.

Feature: the machine connects the constant current and test the micro-voltage of each welding point at the same time. After amplification processing, the meter will show the voltage of each welding point. The meter can be set with the up voltage limit, if beyond the up limit the battery is not qualified.

Production Capacity: 150PCS/hour.          

Test Time: 0-99 sec.
