1: Using a single-block cam system, CNC computer processing special steel, special heating process, high precision and durability. It is suitable for high-speed operation of the needle and precise line routing. 

2: The needle barrel is made of special steel, which is very durable after precision machining and high wave heat treatment.

3: In the design of lubrication system, gear oil and needle oil are separated and lubricated. The knitted part is lubricated by spraying needle oil with the oil machine.

4: The control system adopts AC motor with inverter control panel, which can accelerate, decelerate and exchange swing power at will.

5: Adopt 120-segment cloth winding machine winding device, and the winding is uniform.
