The metal corrugate pipe magnet is specially designed for fixing the metal corrugate pipe in the production of precast components.

Based on the principle of rubber expansion, the rubber column lightly adheres to the inner wall of being stressed and the fixing magnet that at the bottom is adsorbed on the mold pallet, so as to achieve the purpose of fixation.

According to the expansion degree of the rubber column, one rubber column can be used for different sizes of metal corrugate pipe, which greatly saves the using cost.

This Embedded magnet for Precast concrete Plate Anchor is composed of rubber, iron, and magnet. The item is magnetized on both sides, one side is fixed on the specified position of the table, the other side is fixed with anchor plate, the high holding force of the magnets can ensure that the iron plate does not slide and slip during the production process of the component. How to maintain and store insert magnet

(1) In order to avoid the insert magnet damaging, do not crash, and use hard tools to knock it.

(2) The touching surface should be kept clean and smooth.

(3) After using, clean the insert magnets. Max working and storage temperature should be below 80℃, and no corrosive medium around.
