2. Q: Can i get a sample of wholesale makeup tools box packaging before place an order?
A: Of course,we can provide a ready or custom sample box before mass production.The ready sample is free of charge however, the custom sample will occur sample charge.

3. Q: How soon we can get a sample? 
A: Usually, the sample production takes about 4-5 workdays.In addition, the express takes about 3 days.

4. Q: How to start the mass production?
A: We start the production once we receive the 50% deposite.The balance will be asked after we finished the production.

5. Q: What is the Terms of Payment?

6. Q: How many days for shipping? Shipping Methods and Lead Time?
A: 1)By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)

A: 1. Lead Time: 2 or 3 working days for white mock-up samples; 5 or 6 working days for color samples (customized design) after artwork approval.
