Ceramic Globe Valves
Ceramic globe valve mainly adopts ceramic seat and ceramic spool structure. The ceramic valve core is composed of a streamlined throttle cone, a ceramic seal ring, a soft seal ring and an elastic rubber ring. The streamline throttle cone is used to adjust the flow area to achieve the purpose of flow regulation. The structure of the ceramic globe valve is the same as that of the ordinary globe valve, and the opening and closing parts are plug shaped valves, the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valves move in a straight line along the center line of the fluid. The movement of the valve stem has a lifting rod type (the valve stem is lifted, the handwheel is not lifted), and a lifting rotary rod type (the handwheel is rotated with the valve stem, and the nut is located on the valve body). Generally only applicable to fully open and fully closed, do not allow for adjustment and throttling. Because its seat and valve ball system adopts structural ceramic products, its accuracy and wear resistance are not affected by the coefficient of cold thermal expansion, and it has better operability and service life in harsh environments and fluids.
The ceramic globe valve with the high-tech toughened ceramic material as the sealing surface gradually replaces the ordinary metal globe valve, which is widely used in mining, iron and steel industry, purification device, paper industry, power station ash removal, washing and dressing, alumina and other working conditions on the pipeline, cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium, the use is extremely common.
