Products Brief Introduction

The PP Cotton filter is a tubular filter made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particles, which is heated and melted, sprayed, drawn, and formed. It has high filtration accuracy, large flow rate, small pressure difference, large dirt holding capacity, and small volume,high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.

It is used to intercept and filter rust, silt, colloid, suspended solids, etc. in tap water, and is generally used in the first stage of filtration of water purifiers and pure water machines.

It adopts Japanese food-grade silicone disposable sealing ring, three layers of protection.

Products Features

Long Service Life:

The pore size of the continuous melt-blown filter element is distributed in a gradient along the radial direction. During the filtration process, the outer layer has enough space to accommodate large particles to ensure that the filter element will not be blocked in a short time; at the same time, the inner layer blocks fine particles to ensure filtration accuracy, thereby improving the service life of the filter and reducing the cost.

Safety:

The continuous melt-blown filter is made of polypropylene, which is non-toxic and odorless. No other chemical substances are added during the production process, and no other chemical substances are generated. It can be directly used for the filtration of drinking water and other liquids.

Adaptability:

The polypropylene filter element is resistant to mildew, acid and alkali, organic and inorganic solvents. At the same time, it has the characteristics of oil absorption and non water absorption.

Filtration with High Efficiency:

The diameter of the fibers that make up the continuous melt-blown filter is very thin, generally 5 to 30 microns. Such fibers are entangled and interlaced with each other, and the pore size formed is less than 40 microns; but the porosity is very high, which effectively guarantees the filtration accuracy and flow rate.
